Reports to: Team Leader
Location: Ismaning, Germany
Role:
Provide solutions to technical customer queries that relate to our IBMi based line of products, on a global scale.

Responsibilities:
• Provide functional expertise in the technical support process
• Work with customers to ensure highest satisfaction level
• Capture working notes and all details to resolve a case
• Communicating with QC & Product Management in order to bring to bug resolutions
• Creating knowledge units for the knowledgebase
• Providing consulting services – on-site support and specific training
• Conducting courses – possible, on demand
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Related Knowledge &Experience:
• System Administration knowledge of IBMi /AS/400 based operating systems
• Programming knowledge (preferably with CLP and/or RPG)
• Familiarity with DB2/400 and ISAM/400
• Familiarity with Windows access to IBMi
• Familiarity with Client/Server environment
• Integration related knowledge - advantage
• Providing customer care - advantage
• SQL knowledge - advantage
• Familiarity with uniPaaS – advantage
Formal Training or Education:
• BA in computer-related sciences or Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management
