Neue Cache Batterie plötzlich leer (2748)

Hallo zusammen,

letzte Woche kam bei meiner 170er (2292) die Meldung, dass die Festplatten im Status "DEGRADED" sind. In STRSST unter "Work with resources containing cache battery packs" wurde folgendes angezeigt:

Also hab ich mir eine neue Cache Batterie gekauft (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B004BRO0WC/). Diese hab ich dann letzten Samstag eingebaut. Die Platten hatten wieder den normalen Status "ACTIVE". Heute kommt plötzlich die Meldung "*Achtung* Es trat ein kritisches Problem bei der Systemhardware auf.". Die Platten sind wieder im Status "DEGRADED".

Hab ich eine fast leere Batterie erhalten oder könnte der RAID Controller plötzlich ein Problem haben?

Hat sowas schon mal jemand gehabt?
