Danke für die Info.
War ein lokales Problem bei einem PC. Bei allen anderen funktionierte es einwandfrei.
Auf dem PC ACS deinstalliert und dann neu installiert. Nun fluppt es auch bei ihm.

Im Sinne einer Installation bedarf es bei ACS lediglich einer Kopie;-).
