3.7 Default values for pool tuning options changed on systems with 100%
interactive capacity

On the Display tuning data screen (F11) of the Work with Shared Pools
(WRKSHRPOOL) command, the default values for Priority and Faults/Second
changed on systems with 100% interactive capacity on V5R3. The *BASE
pool and the *INTERACT pools both have a priority of '1' and the faults
per second values have also changed. The tuning options on this display
affect how the QPFRADJ performance adjuster makes adjustments to the
pools.

Ansonsten würde ich einmal den Joblog des Jobs QPFRADJ
anschauen.
