Das liegt möglicherweis am Cache. Hier eine Fehlerbehebungsempfehlung von IBM:


  1. The file fails to open in the editor and you receive the following error message:

    "RSEF1002 Operation failed. File system input or output error".



Cause

The file specified is no longer in the specified directory, or the directory is not accessible.

Resolving the problem

Clearing the cache will resolve this problem.
Clear the cache from both the Remote Systems cached files and the IBM i cache:
Clear Remote systems cached files

  1. Click Window > Preferences
  2. Expand Remote Systems
  3. Click File Cache
  4. Click Clear Cached Files


Clear IBM i cache
  1. Click Window > Preferences
  2. Expand Remote Systems
  3. Expand IBM i
  4. Click Cache
  5. Click Clear Cache
